Welcome to UNIK International. By utilizing our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully. ወደ ዩኒክ ኢንተርናሽናል እንኳን በደህና መጡ። አገልግሎታችንን በመጠቀም ወይም ድረ-ገጻችንን በመጎብኘት፣ የሚከተሉትን የአገልግሎት ውሎች ለማክበር እና ለመገዛት ተስማምተዋል። እባክዎ በጥንቃቄ ይመልከቱዋቸው።

UNIK International acts as a fully licensed foreign employment agency. We facilitate job placements, medical verifications, skill assessments, and visa processing for Ethiopian workers seeking lawful employment abroad. We are not the final employer. ዩኒክ ኢንተርናሽናል ሙሉ ፈቃድ ያለው የውጭ ሀገር የስራ ስምሪት ኤጀንሲ በመሆን ያገለግላል። በውጭ አገር ህጋዊ የስራ ስምሪት ለሚፈልጉ ኢትዮጵያውያን ሰራተኞች የስራ ምደባ፣ የህክምና ማረጋገጫ፣ የክህሎት ምዘና እና የቪዛ ሂደቶችን እናመቻቻለን። እኛ የመጨረሻው ቀጣሪ አይደለንም።

Applicants must provide true, accurate, and current information. The submission of fraudulent documents (including false medical records or fake identification) will result in immediate disqualification and reporting to relevant authorities. አመልካቾች እውነተኛ፣ ትክክለኛ እና ወቅታዊ መረጃ ማቅረብ አለባቸው። የተጭበረበሩ ሰነዶችን (የሐሰት የህክምና መዝገቦችን ወይም የሐሰት መታወቂያዎችን ጨምሮ) ማቅረብ ወዲያውኑ ከሂደቱ መሰረዝን እና ለሚመለከታቸው ባለስልጣናት ሪፖርት ማድረግን ያስከትላል።

All recruitment fees are processed in strict accordance with the labor laws of Ethiopia and the destination country. UNIK International firmly strictly opposes hidden fees or illegal recruitment charges. ሁሉም የምልመላ ክፍያዎች በኢትዮጵያ እና በመዳረሻ ሀገር የስራ ህጎች መሰረት በጥብቅ ይከናወናሉ። ዩኒክ ኢንተርናሽናል የተደበቁ ክፍያዎችን ወይም ህገወጥ የምልመላ ክፍያዎችን በጥብቅ ይቃወማል።

While UNIK International ensures rigorous vetting of employers, we are not liable for direct disputes arising between the worker and the employer during the contractual period. However, our embassy liaisons provide ongoing support. ዩኒክ ኢንተርናሽናል የአሰሪዎችን ጥብቅ ማረጋገጫ ቢያከናውንም፣ በስራ ውል ጊዜ በሰራተኛው እና በአሰሪው መካከል ለሚነሱ ቀጥተኛ አለመግባባቶች ተጠያቂ አንሆንም። ሆኖም የኤምባሲ ግንኙነታችን ቀጣይነት ያለው ድጋፍ ይሰጣል።

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms. እነዚህን ውሎች በማንኛውም ጊዜ የማዘመን መብታችን የተጠበቀ ነው። አገልግሎታችንን መጠቀሙን መቀጠልዎ የተሻሻሉ ውሎችን መቀበልዎን ያረጋግጣል።
